本当に日本人は拉致被害者を助ける気があるのか？

『かわいそう』とか『申し訳ない』という　寒い自分の気持ちを表すのではなく

①取り返すためには何でもやろう

②拉致被害者に障害になる事は徹底的に取り除く

③勝手なことを言う金儲けのマスコミ、北朝鮮の方を持つマスコミ、身勝手な政治家や

　　評論家を排除しよう

④すべて　朝鮮人の嘘と　日本人の嘘が　拉致被害者を連れ戻せない理由

⑤在日朝鮮人が通名でマスコミに出ることを禁じるべきであり、通名で動く人々に

　迷わされて　拉致被害者が混乱させられてきたことを知ってほしい。

平成29年北朝鮮人権週間に想う

　今年の北朝鮮人権週間は、とても寂しくつらい。2006年にできた「拉致問題そ
の他北朝鮮当局による人権侵害問題への対処に関する法律（北朝鮮人権法）」に
より毎年12月10日から16日が北朝鮮人権週間と定められ「国及び地方公共団体は、
北朝鮮人権侵害問題啓発週間の趣旨にふさわしい事業が実施されるよう努めるも
のとする。」とされている。

　ところが12月11日夜、新潟県佐渡町から曽我ひとみさんの夫であるチャールズ・
ジェンキンズさんがご逝去されたという知らせがあり、つづいて12日朝、増元る
み子さんのお母様である増元信子さんのご逝去の報が鹿児島から届いた。

　私たちはいつも、家族の高齢化を強調してきたが、このようにつづいて家族が
お亡くなりになることが続き強い怒りと悲しさを覚えている。

　昨日15日、家族会・救う会・拉致議連は国際セミナーを開催し、全国からまた
家族会メンバーが東京に集まった。本日16日には家族会総会が正午から開催され
る。集まったメンバーの顔を見ながら私は心が痛い。

　拉致は北朝鮮の３代世襲独裁政権による国家テロである。犯人である北朝鮮政
権に許しがたいという怒りを覚える。しかし、40年経っても同胞を救い出せない
我が祖国のあり方にもまた怒りと悲しみを覚える。

　しかし、この瞬間にも彼の地で日本からの助けが来ることを待っている被害者
らがいる。私はこの間繰り返し主張しているが、北朝鮮をめぐる国際情勢は緊迫
の度を増し、その中で被害者救出の最後の機会が近づきつつある。今できること
は何か、やり残していることはないか、1日1日、一瞬一瞬を緊張感を持ち、早期
に全被害者を取り戻すために全力を尽くさなければならないとあらためて心に刻
んでいる。

日本は、痛恨の思いを以て覚悟を決める

平成29年12月13日（水）

大陸上空に寒気団があるこの季節、沿海州からの寒風が日本海を南下して右旋回するように我が国の日本海沿岸地域に吹き付ける。その寒風にのって、北朝鮮の木造船が相次いで我が国に漂着している。その漂着船は､生きている人間を乗せていることもあるが、死体だけを乗せていることもある。そして、死体もない全く無人の船もある。
　また、秋田の由利本荘では、北朝鮮の木造船から、八人がさっさと上陸して農具小屋に入って暖をとっていたり、北海道では、二十数人が乗る北朝鮮の船が、地元の漁連が漁業機材を保管するために無人島に建てた小屋から家電製品や発電機のエンジンなど七百万円を超える物品を奪って船に乗せていた。これら、まことにふてぶてしい、助かってほっとしているとも思えない。日本の物は自分の物とでも思っているのか。この者たちは、単なる漂流民ではない。
　この現認された者たち以外に、任務を持って密かに上陸して我が国内の組織と接触し、既に東京や大阪の繁華街を歩いている多くの者たちがいる可能性、大である。過去、何十年間にわたって、北朝鮮は､このようにして簡単に我が国内に工作員を送り込み、工作員は、同胞を拉致して北朝鮮に送り出していたことを忘れてはならない。
　この度の、相次ぐ北朝鮮の木造船の漂着は、改めて、我が国の日本海側の監視能力が如何に薄弱かを示しているのだ。つまり、我が国には、監視の「網」つまり「監視網」がないのだ。現認された漂着船は、洋上ではなく、文字通り漂着してから付近住民の通報によって認知されている。とはいえ、以上の、この寒気の中の日本海のうねりは、不気味な北朝鮮の国内情勢を伝えてきている。また、同時期、三十八度線の板門店から韓国に逃げ込んだ北朝鮮兵士の腸から数十匹の寄生虫が出てきた。
　そして、我々は、この情勢下にある北朝鮮から、北朝鮮に拉致された日本国民、同胞を断じて救出しなければならないのだ。そこで、言っておく。我が国政府は、つまり、安倍総理は、次の覚悟を固める必要がある。つまり、従来の答弁の次元では、拉致被害者を救出できない、ということだ。従来の次元とは、「北朝鮮国内に自衛隊を入れるには、北朝鮮政府の同意がいるのです」という次元である。しかし、これからは、「北朝鮮政府の同意」によってではなく、
「安倍晋三内閣総理大臣の決断」によって、自衛隊を北朝鮮域内に投入して、北朝鮮に拉致抑留されている同胞を救出しなければならない。何時までも、「北朝鮮の同意」を待っていられないではないか。そもそも、北朝鮮が同意するとでも思っているのか！
この度、拉致被害者増本るみ子さんのお母さんである増本信子さんが、娘との再会を待ち続けて、かなわず、九十歳で亡くなった。官房長官は、娘との再会を果たし得ず母親が亡くなったことを「痛恨の極みだ」と述べた。
この先も、「痛恨の極み」を繰り返してはならない。
横田めぐみさん、有本恵子さん、この二人のご両親の前に、我が国政府は、必ず、また、一刻も早く、二人の娘を救出して連れ帰らねばならない。そのために、安倍内閣は、北朝鮮の国内情勢の激変の機を捉えて、拉致被害者救出のために、自衛隊を北朝鮮域内に投入する覚悟を固めねばならない。いや、この覚悟がない者が､「痛恨の極み」と言ってはならない。
そこで、ここにおいて、連携を図らねばならないアメリカ政府の動向について懸念を申しておく。国務省の中に、ブッシュ政権の際の、コンドリーサ・ライス国務長官とアジア・太平洋担当補佐官のクリストファー・ヒルの核開発凍結放棄に関する北朝鮮との「対話」を重視して、つまり、北朝鮮の言うことを信じて、拉致問題を横に置き、つまり、無視して、制裁を緩和する動きがあり、ブッシュ政権は、この動きに乗った。
現在も国務省筋からこの動きに似たものがでてきた。まことに、ハル国務長官の時も現在も、国務省内は不可解で、北朝鮮はしたたかである。このブッシュ政権の時、アメリカは北朝鮮に「騙された」のだ。その騙された結果が、現在の、アメリカに届く核ミサイルの脅威の現実化なのだ。
あの時、クリストファー・ヒルのことを、我々は、キム・ジョン・ヒルと呼んで、騙されるな、日本にとって、拉致問題こそ最優先課題だと、アメリカ政府から、拉致議連を説得しにきたアメリカのボーッとした役人に警告した。その時、トランプ氏は、騙されたと明確に気付いていたのだ。従って、大統領に就任早々、明確に、過去二十年の北朝鮮政策は過ちだった、と述べている。
しかし、このトランプ政権の、ティラーソン国務長官は、十二月十二日、北朝鮮とは、前提条件なしで対話を進める、
　会ってみて言うことがなければ天気の話でもして、テーブルを四角にするか丸いのでいいか話し合う、と言っている。
また、ブッシュ政権で統合参謀本部議長や国務長官を務め、パナマ侵攻やイラク戦争に関わったコリン・パウエル氏も、十二月十一日、外交力と抑止力を活用しつつ、平和のために北朝鮮と対話しなければならない、と韓国のソウルで発言し、さらに、平和的な方式による完全かつ検証可能な「不可逆的な非核化」を強力に支持する、と、二年前の暮れに、日本政府が韓国に騙された時と同じ言葉を使って「北朝鮮との対話」を強調した。
よって、安倍内閣は、自らの決断で、前記のとおり自衛隊を北朝鮮に投入する「覚悟」を固めたうえで、アメリカのトランプ大統領に、アメリカの国務省がブッシュ政権の時と同じ過ちを繰り返して北朝鮮に騙されないように、強力な働きかけを実施すべきである。
　　アメリカよ、こんど、騙されれば、取り返しがつかないぞ、
　　日本も、こんどこそ覚悟を決めた。
　　日米両国は、共に、北朝鮮を非核化しよう、共に拉致された同胞を救出しよう。
と、安倍総理は、トランプ大統領に語りかけるべきだ。

Japan is determined after the deep regret.

December 13, 2017 (29th year by Heisei calendar)

In this season a mass of cold-air is hanging over the Siberian continental and
its cold wind is down from Primorye (Khabarovsk/Vladivostok) region toward
the south by crossing the Sea of Japan and pivoting to the right swarms into
coast-line of Japanese archipelago. Riding on this cold-wind, North Korean
wood-boats drifted to have arrived on the sea-shore of northern Japan.
People either alive, or only dead bodies, and/or no one on board as these ships
un-manned are arriving one after another.

In another case, 8 people on board the wood-ship landed swiftly at
Yuri-Shinjo town in Akita Prefecture, entered a barn of agriculture-equipment
warehoused, in which they warmed themselves by around the hearth.
On the other, more than 20 people on board DPRK ship had stolen from a hut
which is built on in the un-inhabitated island, where the electric home-appliances,
generator-engine and various goods in value more than 7 million yen were
installed. These guys carried them on to their ship.
These actions are quite defiant, and they appear not to have been relieved after
being rescued by the Japanese. They consider things belonging to Japan belong
to them, do not they? These guys are for sure not simply the drifted migrants.

Apart from these captured people, It's highly possible for many North Korean
guys are already walking around in the bustling towns in Tokyo and Osaka,
after they clandestinely landed with special purpose of assignment and
established contacts with the domestic agents in Japan. North Korea
in this manner easily sent their spies to the domestic of our country, and
these spies have been abducting our people to North Korea, that we have
to remember.

This time of incessant drift and arrival of these N.Korean wood-ships
demonstrate once more how fragile Japanese monitoring capacity is. In
other words, our nation is not equipped with the "Net" of monitor, or
with the Monitor Mesh. Those drift-arrival ships have not been recognized
on the sea, but on actual report by local inhabitants after literally they arrived.
However, wave of the Sea of Japan in the midst of cold-weather is sending
a dreary atmosphere of the N.Korea. Concurrently, N.Korean soldier who
recently defected to S.Korea over the Punmunjeon 38 degree line, was found
to have dozens of intestinal parasites.

Under these circumstances involving N.Korea, we must take back absolutely
the abductees of our people, the Japanese.

Now, I remind you of our government, which means Prime Minister Abe,
who needs to be firmly determined. In short, he cannot take the abductees
back with the conventional dimension in responses. The dimension means,
"We need to have a consent by N.Korean government for our Self-Defense
Forces to get them entered that country"
But from now on we must get the JSDF put into that country with a
determination by prime minister Shinzo Abe, but not with the consent by
N.Korean government, and we must rescue our citizens who have been
kidnapped and held in custody since decades.

We cannot endlessly wait for the consent of N.Korean government, can we?
How on earth, would you think they would ever consent?
Two days ago, Nobuko Masumoto, mother of abducted Rumiko Masumoto,
died at the age of 90 years old, who has been waiting for return of her
daughter in vain. The mother could not see her daughter again before
her passing, about which our cabinet minister Yoshihide Suga expressed,
"It's the extremity of regret."
We must not repeat this "extremity of the regret" in times ahead.

With regard to other cases of abduction,  Megumi Yokota, a symbolic
victim when she was 13-years-old, and Keiko Arimoto who was kidnapped
from Europe to N.Korea, both of them have been still in captive. In one
second earlier,  an inch nearer to our motherland, we have to save them
to accompany back to their parents. For this goal, the Abe cabinet has
to be determined to appoint JSDF into N.Korean territory. Or, he
must not say, "the extremity of the regret".

In this moment, therefore, I should like to express my concern over the
behavior of American government with whom always we need to share the stance.
Looking back to the Bush junior's Administration, during which Condoleeza
Rice, then Secretary of State, and Christopher Hill, Assistant Secretary of
State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, took initiative toward placing
importance on "dialogue" with N.Korea who was renouncing the freeze of
nuclear arms development. In other words, the U.S. administration pursued
softening the sanctions by ignoring the abduction issue by putting it aside,
on overall the Bush administration steered on this move trusting the DPRK.

Today, again, a similar move arose within the State Department.  Truly
since the era of Cordell Hull, Secretary of State during WWII, power-game
of the internal State has been incomprehensible, including the inside
situation of today, while DPRK is shrewd ever.
Fact was that the Bush Administration was deceived. Consequence of this
deception brought about the threat by realizing capacity of missile to
reach American continent today.

At that time, we mocked Christopher Hill to dub him Kim Jong Hill,
and warned slackened American bureaucrat who came to Tokyo in an
attempt to convince Abductee-Family-Victims-Assoc, to stress him that
the abduction issue is the top priority for Japan, and never to be deceived
by N.Korea.

Mr. Trump recognized at that moment that the U.S. apparently was tricked
by N.Korea. For, he stated clearly once taken the office this year that the
U.S. policy toward N.Korea has been the blunder over the past 20 years.
Notwithstanding, Rex Tillerson, current Secretary of State expressed on
December 12, "We will proceed on the dialogue without precondition.
If we do not find anything to talk in particular, our pleasure to talk about
fine weather, or chat about choice of round table or square table.."

Besides, Colin Powell, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of the Staff, and
Secretary of State during the Bush Administration, who also had been engaged
in Panama Aggression, and Iraq War, commented in Seoul on December 11,
"We have to maintain dialogue with N.Korea for the sake of peace by exerting
the diplomacy and deterrence.", and further he added to say, "I strongly favor
the "irreversible denuclearization" which allows perfect and verifiable
peaceful method.
This statement was exactly the same as wordage when the Japanese
government was tricked by South Korea 2 years ago. Both appealed a
