東日本大震災の時は日本をご支援くださり、

We disagree borrowing giant panda from China
to "Sendai City Yagiyama zoo", as symbol of
the Great east Japan earthquake disaster reconstruction.
私たちは、東日本大震災の復興のシンボルとして、
中国からパンダを借りることに反対します。
Because giant panda is endangered spices,
なぜならジャイアントパンダは絶滅危惧種です。
and TIBETAN ANIMAL.
そしてチベットの動物なのです。
Sendai people don't need giant panda.
仙台人はパンダを必要としていません。
Today, China use giant panda as "diplomatic Animal".
現在、中国はパンダを、政治的動物として利用しています。
Now China have make "Giant Panda Rental Package Service",
中国には「パンダレンタルパッケージサービス」があります。
and Washington Convention "CITES" don't perform enough.
そしてワシントン条約(CITES)は十分に機能していません。
We are against this Chinese
"diplomatic Animal", giant panda.
私たちは中国の「政治的動物」、パンダに反対します。
In Tibet, over the 120 Tibetan people died after
burning themselves to protest China.
チベットでは、中国に抗議するため、120人以上の
チベット人が焼身自殺し、死亡しました。
But Sendai city and Yagiyama zoo are ignoring this tragedy,
しかし、仙台市と八木山動物公園はこの悲劇を無視しています。
only to borrow Giant panda.
パンダを借りる目的のためだけに。
Sendai people, and Japanese people never ignore
Tibetan People, Uyghur People, South Mongolian People.
仙台人は、そして日本人は、
チベット人、ウイグル人、南モンゴルのモンゴル人を
決して無視しません！
This is the pride of Sendai people, Japanese People.
これが仙台の誇りであり、日本の誇りです。
