「僧侶」の格好をしてチベット社会に紛れ込む　中国のスパイの事実
そのスパイが　親や子供や親戚を　中国政府に押さえられて　スパイを強要されているならば、まったく　それは　北朝鮮で行われていることと同じである。

またこの数ヶ月　このブログで取り上げているが、チベット僧を騙って政治運動や　ボランティア活動を行っている輩も　辿っていけば中国に行く就くのかもしれない。

Dharamsala, Sept 8: The security wing of Tibetan Government-in-Exilehas cautioned the Indian security and intelligence agencies of anticipatedattempts by China to infiltrate its band of army trained undercover agents inthe town, a media report said Tuesday.

州警察の犯罪調査部への　保安部の連絡は　僧侶の衣装で、インドの全域に散らばっているチベット居住地に中国の浸入を予想したと、レポートにはありました。

 

"Necessary steps are being taken in wake of anticipation ofTibetan administration," Hindustan Times quoted Superintendent of Police,Dr Atul Fulzele, as saying.

Police has also reportedly asked Ministry of External Affairs toprovide funds for installing chemical detector at Dalai Lama's residentialcomplex.

According to the report, Tibetan government's fear stems from the fromthe fact that two months ago, a Chinese woman was arrested in McLeod Ganj townfor staying without valid documents.

レポートによると、チベット政府の懸念は、2ヵ月前、中国の女性が　有効な査証なしで

マクラウド・ガンジー町で逮捕されたという事実からおきています。

 

The woman named Chai Sha Hung was deported to her hometown last month.

中国人　Sha Hungという名の女性は、先月、彼女の故郷に追放されました。

 

The Indian police suspected her of being a spy but the claims could notbe established, the report said.

インドの警察は彼女がスパイであると疑った、しかし、その主張は確立されることができなかったと、レポートにはありました。

 

Citing sources in the Tibetan government, the report said Chineseintelligence agencies were keeping track about the activities of Tibetangovernment and Non Government Organization that are at fore front of campaignto secure freedom for Chinese occupied-Tibet.

Local police arrested a Chinese man named Liu Xia in 2008. Intelligencegathering confirmed Xia had served Peoples Liberation Army. Informationgathered by Indian intelligence revealed that Liu had visited Dharamsala twicebefore protest spread in Tibet.

What came to the surprise of Intelligence agencies was Liu mobile phonedetails which confirmed that he was in touch with high ranking militaryofficial in Lhasa. Xia has reportedly revealed that he had come by road fromLhasa, and later reached Delhi after traveling through Nepal illegally.

チベット中央政府の不安が続いたため、地方警察はチベットからの逃亡者、中国がその境界で保安を強化して以来ずっと彼らの数が大幅に減少したが、弛まない監視を進めました。

 

 

"We have sent an advisory to all the Tibetan welfare officerasking them to educate Tibetans about the possible infiltration of Chinesemonks " said a Tibetan security official requesting anonymity.

Police have also reportedly advised the Tibetan leader to maintain aparticular distance while meeting the new entrants at his palace. The DalaiLama routinely meets the Tibetan exiles and well-wishers in his residence.
