Dear
We at SFT would like to extend our heartfelt thoughts and prayers for the health and safety of you and your loved ones during this difficult period. We send our gratitude and appreciation to all of the healthcare workers and frontline communities who have stepped up to help keep us all safe since the outbreak of coronavirus in Wuhan, China.
In times like these we draw inspiration from people in our communities who work to provide resources for others, using their energies to confront unprecedented challenges. We remember fearless and remarkable leaders like Tsering Woeser, Tashi Wangchuk, and the late Tenzin Delek Rinpoche who risked so much every day to ensure Tibetans inside of Tibet are heard and have the basic human rights every person deserves. We draw inspiration from the resilience of these freedom fighters and revolutionaries.
With SFT, it's been over a week since our team has been working from home and we know that nothing can stop us from working for Tibet. Here is an image of our Monday team call.
This is a time to take care of yourselves and each other. We look forward to getting to the other side of this with a renewed and strengthened commitment to the Tibetan Freedom Movement and for human rights everywhere.
