Dharamsala, October 18 - China has released on Friday a Tibetan writerjailed in July for circulating a Video Compact Disc (VCD) containing 'banned contents'.

Dharamsala、10月18日 - 中国は、金曜日に、『禁止された内容』を含んでいるVideoコンパクトディスク（VCD）を回覧したために7月に投獄されたチベット監督を釈放しました。

 

Kalsang Tsultrim, who calls himself Gyitsang Takmig in the video, fromKanlho “Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture” (‘TAP’), Gansu Province, was arrested on27 July 2010 Dzoge County, Sichuan Province on ground of committing what theChinese authorities termed "Political Error."

 「チベットの自治区」（『TAP'）甘粛省Kanlho　の　Kalsangツルティム（彼自身をビデオの中のGyitsangTakmigと　称してます）　2010年7月27日　四川省Dzoge郡において（なんと中国当局が「政治的な間違いとした）という事を表明して逮捕者された。

 

Gyitsang Takmig's relative based here confirmed the information withthe Voice of Tibet radio service sayingthat the authorities warned of strict action against Gyitsang if he gotinvolved in political activities.

チベットラジオサービスは　GyitsangTakmigの親族は、彼が政治活動に関係するならば、当局がGyitsangに対して厳しい行動を取る事を警告したと言っているとの情報を確かめました。

 

 

Gyitsang Takmig was told to retain his old cellular phone number and arelative of him was made to sign a letter accepting the conditions set by theChinese authorities for Gyitsang. "They (authorities) told him that theywould be keeping an eye on him for six months during which if he is found to beinvolved in anything he would be arrested again."

GyitsangTakmigは彼の古い携帯電話番号を保持するように言われました、そして、彼の親族は中国当局によってGyitsangに関係すして状況を容認する手紙に署名させられた。「彼ら（当局）彼に彼らが6ヵ月の間監視を行い、彼が何かに熱中しているとわかるか再び逮捕する。」とのこと

 

in August 2009, months after the widespread anti-China unrest in Tibet,the video appeal recorded by Kalsang managed to slip out through the Chineseborder security. In the video, Kalsang urges the international community to"act swiftly on behalf of the Tibetan people" to end repression in Tibet and also called for the return to Tibet of the DalaiLama.

2009年8月に、広範囲にわたる　反中国不安の数ヵ月後にチベットで、Kalsangによって記録されるビデオの訴えは、なんとか中国の国境警備を抜けることができました。ビデオの中で、Kalsangは国際社会に　チベットでの圧制がおわるように「チベットの人々に代わって速く行動」よう主張し、

そしてダライラマのチベットへの帰還を要求しました。

 

 

 

He gives detail account of Tibetan history since the flight of DalaiLama into exile, suffering of Tibetan people, the hopes and aspirations ofTibetan people inside Tibet and his appeal to the outside world.

彼はダライラマの亡命以降のチベットの歴史を詳細に報告し、そして、外界に対してチベットに残る人々の希望と苦しみを伝える。

 

Besides glorifying Tibet’s past history, Kalsang talks about his fearsfor the survival of Tibetan religion and culture, the crackdown over the pastyear and the general human rights abuses perpetrated by the Chineseauthorities.

チベットの言い古された事実を称賛する以外に、Kalsangはチベットの宗教と文化の生き残りに対する彼の恐怖について話しますし、過去の中国当局によって行われた一般的な人権侵害についての取締りも話します。

 

According to TCHRD, the video testimony, which is one hour long, wasrecorded on July 18 2009. It was later edited with extra input of related videofootage and pictures for a final version in a VCD that was widely distributedin many Tibetan areas in Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan provinces that are part ofthe traditional Tibetan provinces of Amdo and Kham.

TCHRDチベット中央人権委員会によると、ビデオ証言（それは長さ1時間です）は、2009年7月18日に記録されました。それは、AmdoとKhamの伝統的なチベットの地方の一部である甘粛、青海と四川行政区の多くのチベットの地域に広くVCDで配布された、最終版としては関連したビデオ場面と絵の余分の入力で、後で編集されまし た。

 

 

According to sources Kalsang wanted to distribute the video as widelyas possible inside Tibet to “educate primarily the illiterates and generalTibetan public” with the "true history of Tibetan struggle for freedom,the Dalai Lama’s call for the genuine autonomy through middle-way approach andhuman rights situation in Tibet” to counter the “daily dose ofgovernment-sponsored propaganda”.

情報によると、Kalsangは「日々の中国政府の宣伝」に対処するために「自由のためのチベットの

抗議、ダライラマがいう　中道アプローチを通しての本物の自治の要求とチベットの人権状況の本当の歴史」を「主に文盲と一般的なチベットの市民を教育する」ためにチベット内でできるだけ広くビデオを配信したかったのです。

 

Kalsang is a monk of Gyitsang Gaden Choekorling Monastery in SangchuCounty (Ch: Xiahe), Kanlho (Ch: Gannan) “Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture”(‘TAP’), Gansu Province. The region was one of the main focal points of the2008 anti-China protests in Tibet.

Kalsang は、Sangchu郡のGyitsang GadenChoekorling寺の僧侶です（Ch：Xiahe）、Kanlho（Ch：Gannan）「チベットの自治県」（『TAP'）、甘粛省の地域はチベットでの2008年の反中国抗議の主な拠点のうちの1つでした。

 

 

Kalsang is said to be well known locally for his writings and evenpublished a book in 2008 called "Miyul la phulway Jamba," or"Love dedicated to the human realm," a book that highlights theconcerns and aspirations of the Tibetan people.

Kalsangは地元で彼の著作は有名であり　「MiyulラphulwayJamba」または「人間の領域を専門とする愛」（チベットの人々の懸念と抱負を描いた本）は　2008年に本が出版されました。

 

Kalsang’s arrest came amid prosecution of several other prominentTibetans that included writers, bloggers, singers, artists and influentialcultural figures, and lately even successful businessmen.

Kalsangの逮捕は、作家（ブロガー、歌手、アーティストと有力な文化的な人物）と最近ずっと成功した来たビジネスマンを含めた　何人かの　著名チベット人への起訴のうちの一つです。
